Opening Summer 2025
Poplar Pastries is a new bakery on Central Street by Andersonville resident and pastry chef Ian Willa along with his wife, Georgia Willa. They plan to offer pastries, coffee, and espresso drinks, with a focus on grab-and-go service and outdoor seating.
The bakery is located right off the Central Street Metra stop.
