Come lift your spirits! Celebrate Halloween on Central Street Evanston, Saturday, October 25 from 11 AM - 1 PM. Enjoy Halloween-themed crafts and trick-or-treat bag making at the Evanston Art Center. Trick-or-treat at participating Central Street businesses (bring a bag or make one at the Art Center). Enjoy an after-hours Halloween costume party at The Fat Shallot from 2 - 4 PM!
