Central Street is home to so many great health and fitness businesses. June 15 - August 10, we'll be teaming up with a variety of fitness and wellness studios to bring you "Wellness Wednesdays" –– a series of free classes! This series will run every week on Wednesday at Independence Park. Class times vary.

**Blended Health & Smoothie Bar Evanston is offering a 20% discount and $3 wellness shots for class participants!

June 15 at 9:30AM: Heaven Meets Earth Yoga - Pilates/Yoga Fusion (Click to Register)
*All ages and fitness levels welcome (over age 50 welcome). Safe intelligent weight training integrated with mindfulness, breath work and yoga postures to sculpt your beautiful you.

June 22 at 8AM: The Yoga Post - (ANCHOR Class) (No longer taking RSVPS)
*All fitness levels welcome. The ANCHOR class will support you making rituals out of your routine. The Anchor format offers options for you to practice at your own comfortable pace.

July 6 at 9:15AM: Sona Fitness - Bodyweight HIIT Class ((No longer taking RSVPS)
*Our High-Intensity Interval (HIIT) workouts feature intense bursts of exercise, followed by a short recovery. Complete a series of fast-paced circuits that combine cardio and strength exercises.

July 13 at 9AM: Pilates Central Wellness - Mindful Mat Pilates (Click to Register)
*All levels are welcome to experience the benefits of the Pilates mat exercises. During class we will focus on proper breath, postural repositioning techniques (PRI) and movement with purpose and intention.
