Central Street is home to so many great health and fitness businesses. June 14 - August 9, we'll be teaming up with a variety of fitness and wellness studios to bring you "Wellness Wednesdays" –– a series of free classes! This series will run every week on Wednesday mornings at Independence Park. Class times vary.

Walsh Natural Health (2116 Central) is offering $5 off $35 for class participants!
Blended Evanston (2002 Central) is offering:
-  50% off all smoothies from 8:30 AM to 12 PM every Wellness Wednesday for all class participants. 
- 10% off all 3-Day juice cleanses for all Wellness Wednesday participants (48-hour advance notice required) and you must mention *WELLNESS WEDNESDAY* when placing your order in the store for the discount. Valid through August 31.

June 14 at 9:15AM: Sona Fitness - Bodyweight HIIT Class (NOW CLOSED)
*Enjoy a High-Intensity Interval (HIIT) workout featuring intense bursts of exercise, followed by a short recovery. Complete a series of fast-paced circuits that combine cardio and strength exercises. Get your heart pumping and kick off your day!

June 21 at 9:30AM: Heaven Meets Earth Yoga - Pilates/Yoga Fusion (NOW CLOSED)
*All ages and fitness levels welcome (over age 50 welcome). Safe intelligent weight training integrated with mindfulness, breath work and yoga postures to sculpt your beautiful you.

June 28 at 9AM: Pilates Central Wellness - Mindful Mat Pilates - (WE ARE NO LONGER TAKING RSVPS)
Due to the air quality warnings, tomorrow's class has been cancelled. We will provide you with updates regarding a future class time. Thank you for your understanding. *All levels are welcome to experience the benefits of the Pilates mat exercises. During class we will focus on proper breath, postural repositioning techniques (PRI) and movement with purpose and intention.
